Trim Teams is looking for a partner team coach who is interested in doing work that can make a difference. Even if you have never worked with people who have weight issues. If you have personal or professional experience with diet, exercise, weight gain and some degree of weight loss success and are interested in learning, we would like to hear from you. In addition to providing you with on-site supervision, you will be learning from your peers. Trim Teams offers an excellent training program where you can attend workshops to learn the skills that you need to advance in the wellness industry. The partner team coach works as part of a team to provide direct support, guidance, education, motivation and accountability to persons who need such help in developing a healthy lifestyle and weight management. The partner team coach will listen, support and encourage individuals and partner team members to maintain and achieve their physical and emotional health. Encouraging and helping members to develop a positive mental attitude to achieve their best. Our staff will contribute their knowledge and share personal accomplishments. As a member of the team, the partner team coach supports individuals and partner team members in the development of self-worth and empowers them to become self motivated and accountable for life. Positions are available only in the Columbus and Central Ohio areas. Requirements: A minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent work experience in health, wellness, or nutrition related area preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
